“As a lotus flower is born in water, grows in water, and rises out of water to stand above it unsoiled, so, I born in the world, raised in the world having overcome the world, live unsoiled by the world”

Just like the lotus, YOU have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out of the darkness and radiate into the world as the nurse and PERSON you want to be.

Join me at Lotus Nurse Coaching to learn how to overcome your mental health struggles and rise up to reach your full potential and healthiest SELF inside and out.

About Me

Hi, I’m Alison! I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Coach, registered nurse, and yoga teacher! I have been in healthcare since 2014, working with a variety of patients across the country. I worked as a cardiac ICU and postpartum nurse before starting my job as a primary care provider at a community clinic.

As a nurse who has struggled with mental health issues, burnout, and anxiety, I know the damage it does to your life, health, and job. I have found peace through many different medical and holistic means and am eager to share them with the world of nurses and other healthcare workers who struggle with mental health issues!
